Well for the time being, we can leave aside the rumor, Lara Dutta's marriage is on rocks. Initially denying, Lara was pregnant, Lara Dutta has now confirmed that she is expecting her first child with Mahesh Bhupathi.

Confirming her pregnancy, Lara said, Mahesh and I are both extremely happy and blessed with this wonderful development in our lives. We are looking forward to having a new addition to our family.

Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi got married in February of this year.

This is Lara Dutta's first marriage and her first child. Mahesh was earlier married to former model Shvetha Jaishankar for seven years. Mahesh divorced in July of 2010. Although Lara and Mahesh started dating during the divorce period, they got married as soon as the divorce was finalized. Lara maintains that she met Mahesh only after he was separated from his former wife.
